Charming little world map from the Bodenehr family, publishers and engravers in Augsburg. It shows the world in Mercator projection, with insular CA and the trade routes. Sidepanels with description of the ?large lakes which surround the Earth? and ?the small lakes from which derive the large ones?. Two small ships in the top corners.
