A very detailed map of the whole of Scotland by von Reilly from his ‘Schauplatz der Fünf Theile der Welt nach und zu Anton Friedrich Büschings großer Erdbeschreibung’

Von Reilly was a Viennese art dealer, mapmaker and publishers. From 1789 onwards until 1806, he worked on a very ambitious project to publish an atlas, ‘Schauplatz der fuenf Theile der Welt…’, which contained 830 maps by the time of publishing.
